Second LIfe ToS: virtual world and national law systems at redline
On September 18th Lindend Lab, the company that runs Second Life, Changed the world’s Terms of Services. Something like that should remind us how easy is for the “owner of the world ” to change the rules of the game and should rise some concerns to all the people out there who think they are in some way protected as virtual citizens by EULA or ToS. Those are not comparable with law.. unless you would admit that law is something that the boss can change whenever he wants
